Le Cordouan, holiday house 2-6 people
This former old farmhouse is more than 300 years old. Despite the renovations, many of the authentic walls and beams have remained intact. Due to the thick walls the house stays cool in the summer and warm in winter. The house has a beautiful view of the sunny, enclosed garden and of the charming street of le Petit Chenac. Beside the house is a quiet track giving direct access to the vineyards. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area, living room and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and a washing machine. From the spacious kitchen there is direct access to the sunny terrace, with a large garden table and lounging furniture. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a well-stocked bookcase and games. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms have beautiful views, one over the vineyards and the other over the street of Le Petit Chenac with the Gironde Estuary in the background.

The small scale of our holiday domain, the peace and personal attention ensures that everyone feels right at home here.
Le Petit Chenac has 3 holiday homes and is located in our 300 year old farmhouse. It consists of 1 for 2 people, 1 for 2/3 people and 1 for 2/6 people. Outside the high season, Le Vallière can also be booked as a bed & breakfast room. All holiday homes have their own entrance, a private terrace and can also make use of the communal garden with swimming pool and car park.
For a small fee the beds are made upon arrival and a towel package is waiting for you. The price includes: kitchen linen, cleaning products, hand soap and there is a small stock, coffee, tea, herbs, olive oil and dishwasher tablets.
In the morning you can use our bread service, freshly picked up at the local bakery. Your dog is welcome in consultation.
Because not all our guests are animal lovers, we ask him to keep him on a leash on our premises.
